TimeSlips were developed by Anne Basting (PhD) in 1998 and since then the TimeSlips project has generated hundreds of stories and helped to rekindle the hope for human connection among people struggling with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. TimeSlips allows those who are no longer able to reminisce about their own stories to participate in a creative group storytelling program.
Families are welcome to borrow photos from our TimeSlips collection to use as a focus for visitation. Please ask the Activity staff for the location of the photos. Visit www.timeslips.org for more information about the TimeSlips program.
