March 20, 2020 Update:
It is with deep disappointment that Glacier View Lodge announces the cancellation of The Grand Parade fundraising walk that was to be held on June 6, 2020.
Given the unprecedented events that have transpired in recent days, and that will continue for an unknown period of time, we could not in good conscience proceed with this event. Our population is among the most vulnerable and will not be part of community gatherings. In addition, those who we would reach out to for financial support – our friends, family, our local businesses and supplier, may be struggling themselves to keep businesses afloat, keep food on the table and care for unwell loved ones.
With that said, the need to support our vulnerable seniors still exists. In fact, we may need financial support now more than ever. If you would like to support Glacier View Lodge, please click on the Donations tab. Thank you for the love and support you show to Glacier View Lodge and its residents.
